WATCH: Cyclist Hit By Hit-And-Run Driver

BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) -- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in an hit-an-run accident Monday morning..

The accident happened at the Centre Street rotary in Jamaica Plain's Arborway as the  woman riding her bike in the above video was hit was riding was hit by a small red four door car. 

State Police say it appears to be a hatchback.

The woman was taken Faulkner Hospital with injuries believed to be non-life threatening.

Her father told WBZ-TV he got a call from his daughter after the collision that left her with scrapes and scratches. He said that, after watching the video, he can't believe the driver didn't see her.

"She was crying and tearful, because she was shocked at the whole thing, and she was in pain," he said.
