BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- Say this for Eagles fans: They love their team. In fact, a self-proclaimed, obsessed diehard--Gina Lewis--had a billboard put up down the road from Gillette Stadium that says, "Go Birds. World Champs."

Philadelphia will fly to New England for a Super Bowl rematch Thursday, though a far less meaningful preseason bout. Patriots lost their meeting in Minnesota 41-33, but they're looking ahead.

Bill Belichick, any extra motivation facing the Eagles again?

"Right now, we'll really just trying to focus on having a good practice today, that's what we need to do," Belichick said before practice Tuesday. "Build off yesterday, correct some mistakes from yesterday, and go out and have a good day today."

Probably what you expected to hear, but Deatrich Wise Junior still recalls the agony of defeat.

"It isn't like we just totally forgot about what happened last year, but we do have that in the back of our minds, and we just wanted to show the world that we are improving," Wise said.

Is Chris Hogan distracted at all?

"We're in training camp right now and we know who the opponent is, but I think the focus is on the New England Patriots," Hogan said. "We're trying to string together good practices, working on those fundamentals, working on that core stuff that we're going to carry on into the season."
