In a case of restaurant rage a former dishwasher in Salem, MA gets up to 9 years in prison for stabbing his boss.
The salem news reports ---19 year old Rogerio Silva pleaded guilty to attempted murder and faces deportation back to Brazil, once he's out of jail.
The fight started in the kitchen of the "Century House" Restaurant and the dishwasher wound up stabbing the head chef, Paul Marques. two other employees heard the commotion and intervened.
The chef is still undergoing medical procedures after being attacked last November.
