Man Indicted In 2012 Killing Of Homeless Man

BOSTON (24/7 NewsSource) -- A grand jury is indicting a 31-year-old man for murder in the 2012 killing of a homeless man in Boston. 

Kevin Lino is charged with first degree murder for the beating death of Norman Varieur. Varieur was found unresponsive in Charlestown's Paul Revere Park in May of 2012, and died four days later. Lino is currently serving a 40 year prison term in Montana following his conviction on a murder charge last month.
