BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) -- Warren Anderson is in federal custody, accused of receiving and possessing child pornography after federal agents arrested the 26-year-old math teacher from Lowell.
Court documents reveal Anderson surfaced in an ongoing investigation into the online trade of child porn thru the use of kik messenger. Investigators say Anderson admitted that he accessed websites on the dark web to obtain child pornography.
Narragansett School District officials released a statement saying there's no evidence any local students, past or present, were victimized during Anderson's two year tenure at the high school in Baldwinville.
He's been placed on administrative leave.
