CAMBRIDGE, MA (24/7 News Source)  --  A one acre lot in Cambridge's Kendall Square that had been set for an arts complex has been sold for $50-million-dollars.  The valuable tract was sold by the Constellation Charitable Foundation to an affiliate of BioMed Realty Trust.

The property has been vacant for years, as Constellation long planned a world class performing arts center there.  However, the organization decided in the spring to drop the plans and sell the property.
