Four More West Nile Cases Reported

BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- Four more human cases of West Nile virus are being confirmed by Massachusetts public officials. 

The new cases are a Middlesex County man in his 40s, a Bristol County man in his 60s, a Suffolk County woman in her 80s and a woman in her 20s from Essex County. All four patients were hospitalized because of West Nile, and each has been released. 

The new cases bring the number of confirmed West Nile human infections this year to nine.
