ARLINGTON (24/7 NewsSource) -- A man from Somerville is facing hate crime charges. Andrew Decarlo allegedly used anti-immigrant and racial language when talking to an Arlington Verizon Wireless store clerk Tuesday night.
The 36-year-old was arraigned yesterday in Cambridge District Court. Decarlo reportedly became irate when the store employee was unable to help repair his cell phone because it was not on the Verizon Wireless network.
