CNN Sues Trump Tuesday, CNN filed a lawsuit against President Trump and several of his aides, seeking restoration of Jim Acosta’s White House access. The Lawsuit is in response to Acosta having his press pass suspended and the suit alleges that Acosta’s First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated. Wednesday, several news organizations including Fox News stated that they stand with CNN. Should Jim Acosta get his press pass back? Should President Trump be able to remove press passes?
