BOSTON, Mass (WBZ-AM) -- Brace yourselves, it's cold out there. History-making cold according to weather experts.
The region will reach the lowest temperatures on Thanksgiving Day that no one currently living has ever experienced. According to the National Weather Service, temperatures reached 9°F degree Fahrenheit in Boston back in 1879.
While Thursday's high temperatures are expected to be at 24 degrees, the windchill will make it feel close to zero. Strong winds are also expected.
