Stoughton Train Crash Causes Delays

STOUGHTON, MA (WBZ-AM) — A crash involving an MBTA Commuter train and car has caused delays in Stoughton Monday morning.

The crash happened after 8 a.m. on Canton Street.  In a tweet, Stoughton Police say that several roads were closed at the train crossings. 

It was not immediately sure if there were any injuries. 

They say that the closure will affect traffic at Porter and  Canton streets crossings and the Wyman St/Morton St crossing.

The MBTA reports that the Stoughton Train 907 (8:23 am outbound) is 15-25 minutes behind schedule.
