World War 1 “Peace Cross” Unconstitutional

A three-judge panel of U.S. Court of Appeals for the fourth circuit declared last year that a Maryland World War 1 Memorial “Peace Cross” is an unconstitutional endorsement of religion.  If the decision stands, the almost 100-year-old memorial will have to fall.  The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the appeal.  Dan will be joined by Jeremy Dys of the First Liberty Institute to discuss the memorial and what needs to happen to save the “Peace Cross.
