BOSTON, MA  (WBZ-AM)--A vacationing Massachusetts State trooper helps a fellow airline passenger having a seizure on a flight over Europe. Trooper Christian Paluk and his family were flying last Sunday from Munich to Lisbon  when the plane's pilot asked over the P.A. system if there was a doctor on board. Seeing no response in the cabin, Trooper Paluk identified himself to the flight crew  and gave the woman first aid keeping her stable until the plane could land and paramedics could get there. The Massachusetts State Police say "proving once again that a First Responder never goes off-duty."
