BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- A couple unbeatens met last night in Santa Clara and Alabama was the favorite, but it didn't matter. Clemson won in a blowout, 44-16 to finish 15-0.
So, Crimson Tide fans need a scapegoat when ya lose that ugly, right?
How about Drake?
Yeah, the rapper.
After the new year, he posted a video of himself hitting the gym to put his resolution into action. So cliche.
Here's the thing, though. Drake was wearing a University of Alabama sweatshirt, only days before the national championship!
The Bama football Twitter page reposted the video, celebrating their new fan.
But, fans are smart. Many on twitter responded, "No! He's bad luck! Stop!"
Drake's allegedly cursed many other teams and players, like his hometown Raptors, the Kentucky basketball team, or MMA fighter Conor McGregor, just to name a few.
Let's hope Drake doesn't sport any Patriots gear these next few weeks.
