BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) — Celtics will host the league-leading Raptors tonight at 8 after a miserable 0-and-3 road trip in which Marcus Morris and Jaylen Brown got into a minor shoving match in the huddle during the first game, Kyrie Irving called out the younger players' lack of experience in the second, then Brown answered right back after the third.
"It's not one guys fault, it's not young guys old guys fault, it's everybody we all have to be accountable and turn this thing around. We just need to have each other's backs at the end of the day," he said. " We can't point fingers, we just have to continue to empower each other...and to make the best of this we have a lot of talent... we know what we are capable it's just a matter of going out and doing it," he said.
The Celtic's are 15-and-5 at home and should be healthier tonight after Irving and Marcus Smart missed Monday's loss in Brooklyn.
Toronto's won five in a row. Celtics and Raptors have split their first two meetings.
