WASHINGTON (WBZ-AM) — President Donald Trump is making “a major announcement” on the partial government shutdown and the proposed border wall Saturday afternoon.

According to the Associated Press, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has described Trump's upcoming proposal regarding the government shutdown as a "non-starter," prior to the start of the announcement.
