BOSTON, Mass (WBZ NewsRadio) — With these brutally cold temps, it's important to take pre-cautions to keep your pipes from freezing.
State Fire Marshall Peter Ostroskey tells WBZ NewsRadio that if you know a part of your home where pipes have frozen in the past, you'd better get busy in that area.
If the pipes in your home do freeze on you and nothing is coming out of the faucet, don't blow a blowtorch on them, call a professional.
