BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The man police say shot and killed another man in his home earlier this week was arraigned in Quincy District Court Wednesday morning.

Justin Gaston, 32, pleaded not guilty and was ordered held without bail.

The Norfolk DA's office said Gaston killed Haki Sanders, 33, at his home on Petipas Lane Monday night.

Gaston surrendered at a home on Richard Street in Lynn Tuesday afternoon and was taken into custody without incident, police said.
