Vandals maliciously dumped oil on a World War II Veteran's memorial on Castle Island in South Boston last night at the same time tombstones at a Jewish Cemetery in Fall River were toppled and desecrated with anti-Semitic language. Is disrespect for other people's rights, beliefs and feelings growing in our community? Or has it always been like this?
