The Mueller Report Conundrum. Massachusetts Senator Liz Warren says she does not believe the Mueller Report when it says the President did not collude with the Russians while former CIA Director John Brennan does and is saying mea culpa for not trusting the President. Wasn't the Mueller investigation going to be the final word on both collusion and obstruction of justice in the Trump Administration? Dan asks the question of Washington Examiner columnist Byron York.

Smollett Shocker! Cook County prosecutors today dropped all charges against "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett for allegedly staging a phony attack and claiming he was the victim of a hate crime. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is beside himself calling the action a "Whitewash of justice". Is the mayor right?

Robert Kraft Wants A Jury. Pats owner Robert Kraft has plead not guilty to all charges in a Florida prostitution case and has requested a jury trial. Kraft was charged in March after allegedly soliciting prostitution at a Jupiter, Florida massage parlor. Prosecutors had offered him a plea deal along with 24 other defendants , which he rejected. sources say the sticking point was that he would have had to admit he would have been found guilty at trial.
