Dogs As A Sign Of White Supremacy - Have we gone too far yet? Howard University students in the nation's capital are upset by neighborhood residents walking their dogs on and near their urban campus. The University is the oldest major black school in the country and the students are now saying the white neighbors are trying to assert dominance over the black campus by allowing their dogs to defecate there.
