Attleboro Police: Missing 71-Year-Old Woman, May Be With Man, 51

ATTLEBOROUGH, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Police in Attleborough are asking for the public's help in locating a 73-year-old woman.

They say that Dorothy Lucas checked herself of the assisted living facility she's been living in over on George street Saturday around noon time leavin with 51-year-old Mark Chicoine, also of of

Attleboro and has not returned since.

"She is diabetic, dependent on insulin and left the nursing home with no medication. She also suffers from dementia symptoms," according to authorities.

Lucas say was last seen wearing a red or orange jacket. She and Chicoine were spotted together at the Santander Bank on Park St later that day withdrawing an undisclosed amount of money.

“Further, the unusual withdrawal of money gives investigators concerns about the potential of Lucas being financially exploited," police said.

Police describe Chicoine as a white male, approximately 5’10” and 160 lbs and is believed to be driving a white Jeep Patriot SUV with Massachusetts registration 573-WT7.
