The new New York Attorney Gen.-elect Letitia James says she plans to launch sweeping investigations into President Donald Trump, his family and "anyone" in his circle once she settles into her new job next month. Meanwhile back in Massachusetts Suffolk District Attorney Rachael Rollins says it would be her honor to be arrested by the feds over her opposition to ICE. Are these senior law enforcement officers politically grandstanding and abusing their offices or are they simply protecting us? Constitutional lawyer Harvey Silverglate joins us to discuss the issue.

Elizabeth Warren Takes Chase Bank to Task. Sen. Elizabeth Warren took a swipe at JP Morgan Chase Bank after the financial giant tried to give its customers some “#MondayMotivation” for saving money including have coffee at home and walk don't uber....Warren quickly responded saying that the reason why the bank’s customers aren’t saving money is because they “lost jobs/homes/savings" but gave the bank a $25b bailout. Does the senior senator from Massachusetts have a point? Was the bank tone deaf in it's advice?

A convicted California murderer is now accused of killing his cellmate at the state prison then decapitating him, severing several of his body parts, including an eye and a finger and removing part of his lung. he was already in prison for killing and torturing a Bakersfield woman in 2011. Massachusetts lawmakers consider removing 'God' from oath of office. On Beacon Hill the Massachusetts legislature's Joint Committee on the Judiciary, has approved a bill which allows the removal of "so help me, God" from the oath of office. Do you vote Yah or Nay on the proposal?
