Washington Impasse. President Trump cut off infrastructure talks with congressional Democratic leaders today after Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said he was engaged in a “cover up.” The President is declaring he will not work with Democrats in congress until their investigations are over. This sudden, public blowup is happening just as House Democratic leaders are facing increased pressure to begin impeachment proceedings against the President. Is this just more partisan posturing or is there a legitimate gripe here on either side?

Dunkin Says No Politics Here! An exec from Massachusetts based coffee legend Dunkin’ told a room full of academics that the company strives to market itself as apolitical — and a tweet repeating that statement has gone around the world. Do you say kudos to Dunkin?
