Should The Judge Who Banned ICE Agents From Court Have Recused Herself? The Boston-based federal judge who ordered ICE agents to stop arresting illegal immigrants in and around courthouses has a history of public statements on the issue. Obama appointed Judge Indira Talwani has stated from the bench in an open courtroom that ICE should not be allowed in the building prior to ruling on the request fro temporary injunction made by two Massachusetts district attorneys. Boston Herald investigative reporter Joe Dwinell joins Dan to discuss what the judge did and what she maybe should have done....

Mad If He Did, Mad If He Didn't? President Trump pulled back on military action last night in response to the shooting down of a U.S. drone by Iran saying he thought collateral damage would be too great. The response from democrats and liberal media was to call the action bizarre and say the President had chickened out. Did President Trump do the right thing?

Left On His Own.... New Hampshire Fish and Game officials say they might bring charges after leading the harrowing rescue of an 80-year-old hiker left to fend for himself by family members on Mount Washington. He was found in the fetal position with hypothermia but alive. Two other people died in separate hiking accidents on the same mountain. Are charges appropriate?
