Stay Out of Boston! Three of the 36 anti-Straight Pride Parade counter-protesters arrested this weekend for assault and battery have been ordered to “stay out of Boston” by a Boston Municipal judge who said they can't cross city lines even to visit relatives. The defendants risk 90 days in jail if they violate the order. Another judge has denied requests from prosecutors to dismiss the cases against another seven of the protesters.
