Does Vaping Need to Be Regulated? The Trump administration wants to ban the sale of flavored e-cigarettes after hundreds of people have contracted a mysterious lung illnesses. In Massachusetts state Senator John Keenan, D-Quincy, and state Rep. Danielle Gregoire, D-Marlborough, have filed flavor-ban bills in the legislature. Sen. Keenan joins Dan in studio. Should flavored e-cigarettes be banned?

Weymouth Wipes Out "Wildcat White Out!" Weymouth school administrators have banned the sale of t-shirts on school property created by a booster club that read “Wildcat White Out” calling the shirts “insensitive. Similar “white outs,” in which fans in a crowd or stadium wear all white, have been used by professional and college sports team to unify their supporters. But some inhabitants of Weymouth called the apparel racially insensitive and began complaining on social media. Have the P.C. police and the virtue signalers run amok in Weymouth?

Another Massachusetts Judge Runs Amok. A Massachusetts Superior Court judge is now on administrative leave after she was arrested for allegedly grabbing her wife by the hair and yanking her head back during a dispute. According to police, the Honorable Shannon Frison yelled ‘I’m a superior judge, you can’t arrest me,’while she was being taken into custody. Regardless of the underlying charges, should the judge be removed from the bench?
