Author Wayne Miller is in studio with Dan to talk about his newest book "Burn Boston Burn" which recounts the largest arson case in U.S. history in which a conspiracy of 9 men, including 3 Boston cops and a Boston firefighter, burned the city in the early 1980’s due to tax-cutting measures that caused layoffs of hundreds of police and firefighters.

Bank of America Leaves A Charity Swinging in the Wind. Steve Kallaugher ran a charity that feeds and clothes orphans in Africa and discovered his non-profits Bank of America accounts were being hacked and funds drained through a payroll service the bank offered but Kallaugher never used. He told the bank about the theft and their response will surprise you. Steve joins us to talk about the theft and the bank's lack of concern.

Will Antonio Brown Play With The Patriots?The NE Patriots were reportedly blindsided when a sexual assault lawsuit was filed in Florida against their new player, Antonio Brown, this week. Brown is accused of sexually assaulting a female acquaintance on three separate occasions. His legal team has admitted that the two had a sexual relationship, but says everything was consensual and this is a money grab.Will Brown play with the Pats on Sunday?
