U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers arrested more than 80 illegal immigrants during a 5-day sweep of New England, New York City and the Hudson Valley. I.C.E. The operation comes as the U.S. census reports the percentage of foreign-born U.S. residents has reached its highest level in more than a century.
