SJC Rules Dealing Heroin Is Not Reckless.The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has overturned the manslaughter conviction against a grad student who gave heroin to a classmate who then died from an overdose. Local police chiefs and prosecutors say the ruling hands drug dealers a win. Essex County D.A. John Blodgett joins us to discuss the decision.

Hell No, We Won’t Go….Protesters supporting driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants were removed from outside House Speaker Robert DeLeo’s office last night and arrested after state troopers told them the State House was closed and ordered them out. The State House closes at 6 p.m. but the protesters ignored the troopers’ request that they leave. Do you think they will face any consequences for ignoring the law?
