Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaevis now on death row in the notorious ADX supermax prison in Colorado with the rest of the country's worst terrorists and traitors. His attorneys are now filing his death sentence appeal, asking the court to reverse either the sentence or his convictions and order life in prison instead. Is the death penalty just in this case?

Elizabeth Warren Unveils Her LGBTQ Rights Plan. In her plan released this week, Sen. Liz Warren called for placing transgender prisoners in detention facilities designed for the opposite biological sex and would be entitled to tax-payer funded gender transition surgeries. In a townhall on the subject last night, she said she was wrong not to support these policies in the past. Does this plan meet with your approval?
