Vaping Ban Stays. Today a judge ruled against halting a ban on the sale of vaping products put in place by Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker after an outbreak of e-cigarette-related lung injuries. But the court also held the state must redo the ban and open the issue to public comment this time since the governor had most likely overreached his authority in issuing the order but that stopping the ban outright “would contravene the public interest.” Is this good or bad news?

Tulsi Vs. Hillary. In a podcast interview last week, former secretary of state and onetime presidential candidate Hillary Clinton suggested that Hawaii congresswoman and presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard was being “groomed” to run a third-party presidential campaign by the Russians. In response, Ms. Gabbard lashed out with a series of tweets in which she called Mrs. Clinton “the queen of warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party for so long.” Who is going to win this smackdown?

"Pierre Delecto" is Unmasked.Mitt Romney is admitting that he has been tweeting under the moniker “Pierre Delecto” since 2011.With a coy “c’est moi”, Romney let slip he had an online alter ego to the Atlantic on Sunday. Delecto's posts go after the President's decisions such as pulling troops out of Syria and the like and all are critical. DO you think more or less of Romney because of this secret account?
