PALMER, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A crash — involving a tractor-trailer and a box truck — on Route 90 East in Palmer, Mass. shutdown the Turnpike there Tuesday morning.
Massachusetts State Police described the crash on the as "serious." Traffic from the Massachusetts Turnpike was diverted to Route 20.
As of 6:45 a.m., there was a 6 mile backup because of the crash.
