Tewksbury Spa Owner Arrested On Sex Trafficking Charges

TEWKSBURY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The owner of a TCM Therapy Center in Tewksbury was arrested on Thursday after being accused of sex trafficking.

Xuedan Ou, 34, was put into police custody following a nine-month investigation. She's also accused of "keeping a house of prostitution and deriving support from prostitution," according to police.

Ou was arraigned in Lowell District Court on Friday. The Associated Press reports that suggestions of prostitution at the spa were seen in Craig's List advertisements.

Some men who went to the spa also admitted to police that they received sexual acts there, according to the Associated Press.

Ou's bail was set at $20,000. She's expected back in court next month.
