Was the President out of line when he tweeted and does it change your opinion of the proceedings?

In last night's nationally televised Browns vs. Steelers football game, Cleveland Brown Myles Garrett ripped the helmet off the opposing team's quarterback and clubbed him with it. He now faces an unprecedented league suspension for his violent outburst. Should he also be facing criminal charges?
