A Gas Tax by Any Other Name.... Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker has signaled his support for TCI, a proposal to curb car emissions by increasing gas prices by as much as 17 cents a gallon by levying fees on fuel companies that would be passed on to drivers. He has threatened to do this by executive order bypassing legislative and therefore voter approval. Rep David DeCoste (R-Norwell) joins us to talk about the bill he filed today to stop this effective taxation without representation.

Do People Care About the Impeachment?According to a USA Today/Suffolk University poll the impeachment vote is not doing much to dampen voter support. The survey shows the President defeating former vice president Joe Biden by three percentage points, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders by five points, and Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren by eight points. Has the impeachment changed your vote?

Is "Merry Christmas" Hate Speech?Associate Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch made the mistake of wishing Ainsley Earhardt a merry Christmas during an interview on Fox and Friends and social media exploded with liberals having a stroke over the Justice's hate speech. One tweeter posted "if he's willing to go on Fox and throw a shout out to Republican narratives, what else is he willing to do?" Do you say Merry Christmas? If not do you consider it offensive or a GOP talking point?
