SOMERSET, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A palm reader from Somerset has been arrested and charged with stealing more than $70,000 dollars from her client.
Police began investigating Tracey Milanovich, owner of Tracy's Psychic Palm Reader on County Street, after a resident accused her of scamming her out of large sums of money.
Milanovich allegedly convinced the client "that her daughter was possessed by a demon, and that cash and household items were needed in order to banish the spirit from her daughter," police said.
Milanovich was arrested last week and is now facing six counts of obtaining property over $250 dollars by trick, as well as charges of larceny and intimidation of a witness.
She was arraigned in Fall River District Court on Monday.
