NEWTON, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — MBTA Transit Police say a woman was struck by a Green Line train at the Newton Center station Saturdnight.
The incident happened around 7:45 p.m. when the woman, who is believed to be in her 40s, was hit by the inbound train.
She was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
