WBZ-TV reports it is believed the driver of the car accidentally turned onto Main Street before getting stuck.

No one was injured in the crash. One passenger on the train, however, had a medical issue and had to be taken to the hospital, according to WBZ-TV.

The incident created delays on the MBTA Worcester Line. The car has since been removed from the track and normal service has resumed on the line.
