New Hampshire Seal Rescued From The Road, Donations Pouring In

RYE, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — According to the " target="_blank">Seacoast Science Center Marine Mammal Rescue, a determined seal has been trying to cross the road near Ocean Boulevard in Rye again. They're now asking for donations to get the animal back to full health and back into the ocean.

The SSC rehabilitation center said it took the seal into its care early Saturday morning, after it was seen stranded on the streets of Rye, N.H. for the fourth day in a row.

This follows a warning from local police on Friday for drivers to watch out for the seal if they were planning to drive through the area.
