Two of metal's biggest acts are joining forces for a co-headlining tour this summer across the U.S. and Canada.
Back to full strength following front man Dave Mustaine's cancer battle last year, Megadeth will embark on a comprehensive 55-date North American tour starting in June with revamped metal leaders Lamb of God.
"Hello me!" announced Mustaine in a statement. "I'm back again, better than ever and coming to a town near you with Lamb of God, Trivium and In Flames. If you want high octane metal madness, this is the tour for you."
Tickets go on sale Friday, February 14, via LiveNation.com at 10 a.m. local time.
Citi cardmembers have pre-sale access starting Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 10 a.m. local time to Thursday, Feb. 13, at 10 p.m. Go here for pre-sale details.
Lamb of God just released their first new song in five years, "Checkmate," which is also the band's first song with drummer Art Cruz. Lamb's eighth studio album is due out May 8.
Mustaine worked on new music with his band mates throughout his cancer treatment last summer. The band is expected to reveal details about its new music plans this spring.
