Amy Klobuchar Comes In Third In New Hampshire Primary

MANCHESTER, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Sen. Amy Klobuchar came in third at the New Hampshire Democratic primary Tuesday night after a surge in the polls since the Iowa caucus and Friday night's Democratic debate.

Speaking to the crowd gathered at her campaign's primary-night rally in Manchester, Klobuchar said, "Hello, America, I'm Amy Klobuchar, and I will beat Donald Trump."

Klobuchar has been enjoying an upswing in campaign momentum after last Friday's Democratic debate. She won the endorsements of the the New Hampshire Union Leader, The Keene Sentinel, and the Seacoast Media Group papers, and gained in national and New Hampshire polls.

"I cannot wait to win the nomination," Sen. Amy Klobuchar told supporters Tuesday night.

The Nevada Democratic caucuses will occur on February 22nd.
