Massachusetts Schools To Remain Closed... Today Governor Charlie Baker made the announcement that all schools will remain closed through the end of this school year. Officials believe students cannot return safely to school and avoid transmitting the virus to others. During his statements Governor Baker said this decision was the "right thing to do". President Trump says he will close the United States to legal immigrants in order to protect American workers from foreign competition once the nation’s economy begins to recover from the pandemic shutdown. Administration officials warn a formal order temporarily barring the provision of new green cards and work visas could come as early as this week. Is this a necessary action?
