In Defiance... The owner of Sunday River Brewing Company in Bethel, Maine reopened his restaurant in defiance of Maine Gov. Janet Mills' stay-at-home order. Rick Savage says the Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages suspended his bar’s health license, which automatically suspended his liquor license. Rick joins Dan to talk about his decision to take a stand against the lock down.

Re-Open Revolt. Massachusetts Governor Charlie Backer says the state's reopening will be phased and may or may not start on May 18th depending on the Coronavirus data. Many business owners are saying they may open earlier then the timetable given by the Administration. Is this a good idea? If you own a business will you open without permission from the state? Would you patronize one that opened early?
