BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The latest coronavirus numbers in Massachusetts as of May 7 have been released from the state department of health.
There have been 1,696 newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Commonwealth.
The total number of confirmed cases in the state is now 73,721.
351,632 tests have been performed.
The 132 new COVID-19 deaths reported brought up the statewide total to 4,552.
