Officials May Have Violated Conflict Of Interest Laws In Arrest Report

WORCESTER, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — District Attorney Early, now-retired State Police Colonel Richard McKeon, District Attorney First Assistant Jeffrey Travers, and State Police Captain Barbara Anderson are all accused of using their power to alter a police report from 2017.

The report involves the daughter of Dudley District Court Judge Timothy Bibaud, Alli Bibaud.

Alli Bibaud was pulled over at a traffic stop, when she was allegedly under the influence.

She was accused of a DUI, and reportedly admitted to trading sex for heroin. The arresting trooper was allegedly ordered to to remove that statement by Colonel McKeon. When he did not, he was punished and sued. Early and Travers are being accused of switching the police report with an old one.
