Chatham Takes A Hit. Chatham, Massachusetts has seen a spike in COVID-19 cases after a local party attended by local restaurant workers resulted in 10 positive cases of contracting COVID-19. BLM in the MLB. Major League Baseball is giving players the option of wearing a “Black Lives Matter” or “United for Change” sleeve patch on opening day of the fan-less pandemic-delayed season. Teams will also be able to stencil an inverted MLB logo with “BLM” or “United for Change” on the back of the pitcher’s mound during opening weekend games. Each player will also be allowed to use a Black Lives Matter batting practice T-shirt and the League is lifting cleat restrictions allowing players to put messages for social justice and causes on their spikes. Are you in favor of this decision coming out of MLB?
