Boston Wading Pool Reopens After Bad Visitor Behavior

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Artesani Wading Pool, located off Soldiers Field Road, was closed on Tuesday because of what was described as 'negative park visitor conduct.'

What that means is still unclear, but it is enough for the Department of Conservation and Recreation to coordinate with law enforcement.

Park staff also underwent training yesterday.

Ashley O'Connell attended the pool with her 19-month old son, she's not sure what the issue may have been.

"No never, never, it's always been really nice and super safe and everything," O'Connell said.

There has been longer wait times to get to the water because of social distancing measures. Some have reporteldy waited over an hour to be let in.
