She Asked What? The Supreme Court nomination hearing of Judge Amy Coney Barrett continues with senators getting their moment in the spotlight to grill the possible future associate justice. Sen. Mazie Hirono of Hawaii used her time to ask the Judge whether she has ever been the perpetrator of any sexual misconduct. Was this an appropriate question? When the matter of same-sex marriage was being discussed, Hirono also criticized Barrett over her use of the phrase “sexual preference” saying it’s an outdated an offensive phrase. Are these legitimate comments?

Hunter Biden's Laptop Reveals A Lot... A Senate committee is investigating a bombshell cache of documents about Hunter Biden’s foreign dealings acquired by a Delaware computer repairman. The laptop in question was water damaged, left for repair, and never picked up despite the repair shops effort to contact the owner. On the hard drive were emails that laid out how Hunter benefited from introducing Burisma board members to his father in a never before mentioned meeting. Is this a smoking gun?
