Plymouth County has Some Explaining to Do on Wrongful Convictions. Darrell Jones, the man who was found not guilty in a Plymouth County re-trial after he served 32 years in prison for a murder he did not commit, says there is a troubling pattern of misconduct among the law enforcement agencies fighting crime in Brockton from as early as the 1980s. Since 2019, three murder convictions have been overturned in the city after judges identified misconduct from police officers or local prosecutors. Darrell joins Dan to discuss what can be done and who should be held responsible.
